Ten one-bedrooms. Eight have a loft level open over the living room. Two are flat, one floor, no stairs. Sizes run 729 to 955 square feet.

Washer and dryer in the apartment. Your own heat and air. A walk-in closet. Locked entries. A roof deck. Internet available.
Where is it?
739 S Clinton Avenue, in the South Wedge. Downtown Rochester is under ten minutes by car.

What is the building?
The old Ward Supply Building, put up in 1910. It was converted in 2016. These ten apartments are new inside it, which is why the ceilings are what they are.
